Information

  • The seller provides information about the product to the best of his knowledge every time.
  • Each jewelry is handmade and unique, and therefore can vary a little from the picture on the website. However, the seller always guarantees the same quality and that the overall appearance of the product matches the picture and information given on the website.

The purchase

  • When the customer confirms the order, the purchase is binding.
  • The customer gets a confirmation email when an order has been made.
  • The seller processes the order as soon as the order has been confirmed. All orders suspected to be faulty (software bugs, viruses, theft) are canceled.
  • Ring resizing is included in a ring price if it is done within one month of the purchase date. The customer pays all shipping costs associated with resizing a ring.

Prices

  • All prices are subject to change without notice, except when an order has been confirmed. 
  • Errors in the price may occur and are not binding to the seller.
  • Shipping cost is calculated before the purchase is confirmed. 
  • All prices are given in Icelandic krona and include VAT.

 Customs duties

  • Customs duties and other charges may be added to the product price in your country. Product prices on the website do not include such charges.

 Payments

  • The Website is connected to the payments service of SaltPay, which accepts VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners club, Union Pay, Visa Electron and American Express.
  • An order is confirmed when a payment has been made.

Exchange and refund

  • It is possible to exchange products within 30 days from purchase.
  • Any returns are the sole responsibility of the customer returning the goods, including cost of shipment. 
  • A refund can be made for products returned within 30 days from purchase. 
  • The product is to be returned in the package and in the same condition as new.  
  • Refunds and exchanges are made upon a receipt or a proof of purchase.
  • Special made products are not returnable.

 Shipping

  • Orders in Iceland will be shipped within 3-5 days with the Icelandic Postal Service 
  • Estimated delivery time in Europe is 2-10 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time out of Europe is 4-15 business days.
  • All our products have a tracking number
  • The sending cost is added at the end of purchase.
  • If the delivery is delayed, the seller informs the buyer of the new estimated delivery time. Time for exchange and refund will be adjusted accordingly.

 Privacy policy

  • Personal information will be handled according to the Icelandic Data Protection Act. no. 90/2018 and GDPR. All personal information is safely kept in a database that only the owners can access and the site administrator. Personal information will not be provided to third parties.
  • Payments with a credit card are made through the secure site of SaltPay. The seller does not receive or store any credit card information.
